The room is very comfy and tidy, with a fine canal view. The staff provided clear instructions for check-in despite my late arrival, and they were easily reachable via message were great.

The Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty at times, which could be improved.

The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with a comforting atmosphere with modern amenities and a great view of the canal. Attentive hosts provided comprehensive arrival instructions. The location was perfect, with easy access to delicious hot and cold sandwiches nearby. The Wi-Fi connection could be more reliable, and some noise from the surroundings disrupted the otherwise peaceful ambiance. The shower could benefit from more hot water availability during peak times.
